“I know I shouldn’t eat this... I just can’t help myself.”

You've just finished dinner and you're up to make a second plate (even if you're not hungry). Perhaps you have strict eating requirements - only certain foods at certain times. Do you binge on foods then feel guilty about it later?  Maybe a handful of chips has turned into the whole bag disappearing?  Do you keep "bad" foods out of the house because you have no control? Do you think about food often? Do you worry about what your body looks like?
